ive seen a lot of chimecho evolutions, but they didnt seem right to me. So i made a dark-looking chimecho evo instead of a happy one

Echobelle communicates by emitting low-toned reverberations from its mouth. Unlike, Chimecho, Echobelle has very long arms which it uses to wrap foes or grab food with.
Echobelle's signature attack is Piercing Tone, in which Echobelle wraps up a foe in its arms, brings it close to the bell, and bangs its head against the sides of its cracked bell very fast, creating a horrible clanging noise. This usually paralyzes the foe as well as dealing high damage.
To sleep, Echobelle grips a tree branch or a street light pole to rest with the claws on its head.
