Nuclan is a peculiar Pokemon. Its spherical head seems to be the center of gravity of its body, its three "limbs" constantly revolving around it.

Nuclan's signature attack is Proton Beam, in which Nuclan's "limbs" revolve extremely fast around its head which then lets off a moderately strong laser, lasting for a few seconds.

Nuclan is a very volatile pokemon. Sometimes one of Nuclan's "limbs" accidentally flies out of the revolution and explodes. it takes time for the limbs to grow back.

Nuclan resembles the Nuclear Trefoil [link]

This thing & it's evolution line are one of the most unique & original designs ever! I must say, I love this one & it's final evo the most (not to say Radiom is a bad design or anything).
